The latest Trek Fuel Ex 7 bike is fully equipped with big rims and an ultra-large can on the shock, making it more airy then before. Bikers will ride with confidence and will need to give some “humph” into the initial launch.
The 2009 Trek Fule Ex 7 lets you speed through trails for cross country racing as well as going for a longer ride over any trail you like. In other words, versatility is a key aspect of this bike. The Ex 7 features ABP allowing for the rear suspension to remain active even when you brake. The Full Floater system gives you full control and shock stroke. The EVO Link feature offers full frame stiffness, allowing for more controlled and precise riding.
Although this bike is a bit heavy for its purpose, it can easily be changed with a tire change. Overall, you will feel more connected and comfortable with a bottomless feel. As long as you are pedaling, you will move forward without interference, including over bumps. The Ex 7 by Trek also gives riders plenty of feedback in order to get the best of it.

The Ex 7 comes with a few minor changes, but the chassis has remained the same since last year. The only change is in the ABP and Full Floater suspension system which now is smoother and has big hit capability.
This bike is designed for taking a beating as the frame and bearings hold up almost any condition. The Trek Fuel Ex 7 also comes with many components including the Motion Control damping of the RockShox Recon 351 fork. While some may find that the big rims and tires add more weight, others find this to be powerful and help boost confidence.
